this just in
from searching the internets I found that the place I went for the check up (monarch dental) is basically a scam (especially for those like me without insurance) and they tell everyone that they have a multitude of cavities and gum disease. I’m still going to follow my natural regimen and follow up with a reputable dentist in July though.

so far I have found:
- oil pulling (w/ sunflower or coconut oil)
- vitamin c
- cod liver oil
- tea tree oil
- trident gum
- Xylitol
I am going to try some of these things along with brushing and flossing twice a day and then go to another dentist for a second opinion in July.
looking up ways to treat gum disease and cavities naturally because there is no way I can afford the $2000 it would cost me for the dentist to do it.
